BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do not accept walk-ins under any circumstances.
ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes pre-payment for scheduled appointments.
Only one special/discount can be applied per service/order.
We do not have special accommodations for little children nor are we responsible for your child or his/her safety. Our goal is to maintain an environment of tranquility and relaxation - if your child is disruptive, you and your child will be asked to leave.
Please turn the volume down on your cell phone. We have a courtesy phone.
Returns on products purchased must be made within 7 days for store credit only.
Gift certificates must be reserved with a gift certificate number or credit card when scheduled.
Failure to arrive for an appointment without advance cancellation will result in a required deposit (credit card number) for future visits.
A no-show without cancellation is considered forfeiture and will be charged.
All guests will be charged for the full amount of service(s) in the event of late arrival or early departure.
Cancellation for any services requires a 4 hour cancellation notice.
Only exchanges of services on gift certificates. No refunds.
